Vridexa ships worldwide from our fulfillment hub. We work with trusted couriers to deliver your order safely and quickly.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery once dispatched:
- United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- Middle East, Asia-Pacific: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–18 business days
These are estimates only and may vary by destination, courier, customs, and seasonal volume.
Shipping rates
- Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $150 (or local equivalent at checkout)
- Orders under the threshold: shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. You can also see tracking under your account at any time.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Vridexa is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email [support@vridexa.com] within 1 hour of ordering and we will try to correct it.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days or you believe your order is lost, contact [support@vridexa.com]. We will work with the courier to locate the package or send a replacement where appropriate.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [contact@vridexa.com] and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
