Refund Policy

At Vridexa, we want every order to feel as considered as the brands we carry. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging with all seals and tamper bands intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or haircare products
  • Products with broken safety seals or hygiene seals
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items marked final sale or clearance

How to request a return

Email us at [support@vridexa.com] within 14 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. The reason for return (a photo if the product arrived damaged or defective)

Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund including original shipping.

Return shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked, insured service — Vridexa is not liable for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We process exchanges as a return + new order. Place a new order for the desired item and request a refund on the original.
